
Combine the below and let sit for 10 - 15 minutes:
2 Cup Almond Milk (or regular milk)
4 Tbsp White vinegar

Then add:
2 Eggs
4 Tbsp of Melted Butter

Combine all dry ingredients below:
2 Cup all-purpose flour
1/4 Cup Protein Powder
4 Tbsp white sugar
2 Tsp Baking powder
1 Tsp Baking soda
1 Tsp Salt
Then mix wet and dry ingredients

Use a 1/4 measuring cup to measure each pancake batter into a sprayed pan for uniformity.
