Pumpkin Muffins

Pumpkin Muffins




3 1/3 Cup Flour
3 3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
5 Tsp Cinnamon
1 1/4 Ginger
1 1/4 Tsp Salt
~ Mix all together then make a well in the Centre

5 Eggs

796 ml of Pumpkin Filling from a can

3 Cups Sugar
1 1/4 Cup Oil
~~ Mix all together in a separate bowl

Pour the wet ingredients into the well in the dry mix.  Stir until just mixed.

Bake at 350 F for approximately 25 minutes for large muffins; 10 - 15 minutes for mini's
