Cream of Corn Casserole

Cream of Corn Casserole

(Ingredients for 2 casseroles)




















Dry ingredients
















          • 1 Cup and 2 Tbsp Flour
          • 1 Cup Cornmeal
          • 4 Tbsp Sugar
          • 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
          • 1 Tsp Salt

          • ~ Mix the Above
        • Wet Ingredients




        • 2 Can Corn bites
        • 2 Can cream style corn
        • 500ml Cup sour cream
        • 4 Eggs, Beaten
        • 1 Cup butter melted
        • ~ Mix the above

        • Combine both mixtures and bake at 350 for 55 - 60 minutes
