Crack Noodles
8 oz rice noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion
salt
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions (reserve some for presentation)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp lime juice
pinch red pepper flakes
Cook noodles, drain and set aside
In a large skillet:
Heat oil
Add onions
Add salt
Cook till crispy and place on paper towel
In the skillet add;
sesame oil
Green onions
garlic
cook for one minute then add;
soy sauce
Chili garlic sauce
lime juice
brown sugar
red pepper flakes
Simmer sauce for 3 - 5 minutes
Add noodles and combine, garnish with crispy onions and green onions
